Penny Black at All Sorts Exciting news

Hi everyone!

Today I just wanted to let you all know about a few changes that are coming to the Penny Black at All Sorts challenge blog,

starting with the November Challenge. Penny Black and our team think they are going to make it even better than before, and allow lots more of you to join us, which means more of you will have a chance at winning some amazing Penny Black stamps and other prizes.

So.... starting with our November challenge you may use any stamp you like in your design, although strictly no digital images.

There will still be lots of prizes on offer and all eligible entries will to into the draw, plus there will be an additional prize each month for entries using a Penny Black stamp or stickeroo.

And, if that's not enough, we will be having a "Who's in the spotlight" feature every month, and about the 20th of each month we will feature two entries which stand out to us.

There will be a slight change in our name, in the future we will be know as Penny Black and more at All sorts.

Oh, and I don't think I mentioned it yet, but starting in November, our challenge will post the first Sunday of the month, instead of just the first.

Why the change you may ask? Our design team will still be using the oh so gorgeous Penny Black stamps, but...
we realize that not everybody is lucky enough to own Penny Black stamps and has been prevented from joining in previously. So we hope the changes will make it easier for more of you to join in the fun and also have the opportunity to win the stamps on offer from Penny Black and our other sponsors so you can start your very own Penny Black collection.

And since I don't have anything new to share today, I thought I'd include the very first Penny Black card that I posted to my blog, back in 2008.

What a fun image!! I think it's called "Best of Cluck". I have no idea if it is still current, but I am pretty sure it can be purchased at PB stamps.

I do have another special Penny Black at All Sorts project to show you later this month, Brenda our team leader, has surprised us all with a card kit including everything needed to make the card (besides the image), so we all received the same kit and are to pick our own penny black stamp to make a card with the kit. It's going to be sooo much fun to see how different all our projects turn out using the same things. So be sure to keep your eyes on the Penny Black at All Sorts Blog so you won't miss it.

And before I leave just a quick reminder that there is still time to play along in this month's challenge for a chance at some amazing prizes.

Enjoy your sunday!

Wow! Your 2008 card looks great. When I scroll back and look at my older cards I'm embarrassed!
