Penny Black and More - March Challenge

Good morning and happy Sunday! Hope you had a wonderful weekend so far and some fun things planned for today too!

If you're up to creating a card why not join us in the brand new March Challenge at Penny Black and More. Our theme for the month of March is "One for the boys". No need to use a Penny Black stamp to play along, you may use any make of rubber or clear stamp to create your card.

To make my card I used the stamp "Lazy Days" from Penny Black. I thought this stamp would work really well for a masculine card.

I colored the image with my pencils. For my sentiment I used a stamp from Whimsy Stamps set Summer Oval Letter Seals and I used the matching "Fun in the Sun" oval die to cut it out, but I cut away the palm tree and sun which are part of the die. Papers are from My Minds Eye, and I embellished with some twine and a button.
Oh, and I also used a stamp from the set Lavish Flourishes around the image.

I hope you'll play along with us this month. We have some fabulous prizes up for grabs from Penny Black, Pretty Little Ribbons, and Crimson Cloud.
Plus, starting this  month, we will be selecting Guest Designers from every entry as a special prize.

Thanks again for visiting!
